Frequently Asked Questions

You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime:

  • With PayPal account: Log in to your PayPal account → Settings → Payments → Manage Automatic Payments → select our organization → click Cancel.
  • Card-only checkout: If you signed up without creating a PayPal account, PayPal will send you an email receipt with a "Manage your payment" link. You can cancel directly from that link, or contact PayPal support.
  • Contact us: You can also email us, and we can cancel the subscription from our merchant dashboard.

✅ One-time donations: Yes! You can pay with your debit or credit card using PayPal's guest checkout, no account required.

⚠️ Monthly subscriptions ($3/month): Normally, PayPal requires an account. In some countries, PayPal may allow you to subscribe with just a card. If that happens, you'll still get receipts by email and can cancel using the link provided.
