Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 October 2026
These terms apply when you use rihland.com (“the site”). Rihland is an independent personal project run by Fahd Al-Antaroh (“I”, “we”, “us”), not a registered company. By creating an account, buying credits or using the site you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Who can use Rihland
You must be at least 13, and if you are under the age of majority where you live you need a parent or guardian’s permission to create an account or buy credits. Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Free and premium content
Many films, including the Quran Vault and Osmanlıca Vault films, are free to watch, with or without an account. Premium series are unlocked with credits. Release dates shown for upcoming series are plans, not promises, and may change.
Gold Dinar credits
- Credits (“Gold Dinars”) are bought with real money and spent to unlock premium series. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, sold or transferred to another account.
- Credits do not expire while your account is open and in good standing.
- Unlocking a series gives you access to it for as long as the series stays on Rihland. If we ever have to remove a series, we will tell you and offer a fair remedy, such as credits back for series you unlocked.
- Credit purchases are final and are not refunded to your payment method. Credits we grant as a gift or promotion have no refund value.
- Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, is the seller of record and handles payment, sales tax and VAT.
- Refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.
What you may and may not do
The films are for you to watch. You may share links to them freely. You may not:
- download, copy, re-upload, re-sell or re-stream the videos or the paid content, or get around the video protection;
- share your account or let others use credits or unlocked series you paid for;
- try to break, probe or overload the site, or access data that is not yours;
- use bots or scrapers on the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where that is because of misuse, unspent credits may be forfeited.
Our content
The films, scripts, artwork, music, narration, logos and text on Rihland belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. Watching them does not give you ownership. Our stories are creative, educational and historical productions. They are not religious rulings, legal advice or professional advice, and some depict historical figures in dramatised or fictional form. Sources are shown where we cite them. If you think we made a factual error, tell us at info@rihland.com and we will look at it.
If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, email us with the page link and what is yours, and we will review it promptly.
Availability
We work to keep the site running, but it is provided “as is”, with no guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change or end features. Third-party services we rely on (video delivery, payments, hosting) can fail outside our control.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and for significant changes we will tell registered users by email. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator lives, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
